Ireland Orders

There is a standard delivery charge for Ireland and Northern Ireland of €6.50 subject to a maximum order weight of 5kg and €15 subject to a maximum order weight of 30kg. We use DPD for all deliveries. If your order has been received and payment confirmed by our payment processors before 12 noon we will dispatch same day, providing all items are in stock. Please allow up to 2 working days for delivery after receiving your order confirmation notification.

UK Orders – Mainland Only

Delivery charges to UK are calculated by DHL based on order weight. We use DHL for all deliveries and a signature will be required on delivery.

If your order has been received and payment confirmed by our payment processors before 12 noon we will dispatch same day, providing all items are in stock. Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery after receiving your order confirmation notification.

EU

Delivery charges to EU are calculated by DHL based on order weight. We use DHL for all deliveries and a signature will be required on delivery.

USA

Delivery charges to USA are calculated by DHL based on order weight. We use DHL for all deliveries and a signature will be required on delivery.

If your order has been received and payment confirmed by our payment processors before 12 noon we will dispatch same day, providing all items are in stock. Please allow up to 6 working days for delivery after receiving your order confirmation notification.

Rest of the World

Delivery charges to Rest of World are calculated by DHL based on order weight. We use DHL for all deliveries and a signature will be required on delivery.

If your order has been received and payment confirmed by our payment processors before 12 noon we will dispatch same day, providing all items are in stock. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery after receiving your order confirmation notification.

Order Processing Lead Time: If your order has been received and payment confirmed by our payment processors before 12 noon Dublin Time we will dispatch same day, providing all items are in stock.

Out of Stock Items: In the unlikely event that the item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and let you know the expected delivery date. If you decide not to continue with your order, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. International Charges: We shall not be responsible for any local customs charges, import taxes or duties or any similar charge(s) incurred through our carriage and/or delivery of any Consignment and you must satisfy yourself as to whether any of these charges will become due, and, if so, in what amounts, before completing an order with us. If any such charges become due as a result of our carriage and/or delivery of a Consignment on your behalf and are charged to us by any competent authority you agree to reimburse us fully in respect of the same within 7 days of our demand.
