When will my order arrive?

Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday for delivery in Ireland are delivered the next working day.

Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday for delivery outside Ireland are delivered within 2 – 5 working days depending on the delivery location.

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with an estimated delivery date.

Where is my order?

All orders are dispatched using a trackable courier service.

Deliveries in Ireland are sent via DPD and deliveries outside Ireland are sent via DHL. When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can track where your order is. You can find your estimated delivery window in your order dispatch email – please allow until the end of the day on this date for your order to reach you. You should expect your order to arrive in the number of working days suggested, after you receive the despatch notification.

With Subscribe & Save you get 10% discount and delivery every 30 days.

Manage your subscription

You can see your active and past subscriptions from your account. Click Profile icon and login to your account. Then click Manage Subscriptions.

I’ve subscribed by mistake

Please contact us and we will take it from there.

How do I add a new product to an existing subscription

After you login to your account, goto Manage Subscriptions and then EDIT your active subscription. You can add/remove products here.

What happens to the subscription cost when there is a promotion on

Depending on the type of promotion, customers get different discounts. It can be on first payment only and then all future recurring payments will be processed at regular prices. Or subject to the promotion, you can get discount on all recurring payments as well.

We accept Visa credit, Mastercard credit, Mastercard debit, Maestro, Visa debit, Visa electron, American Express, JCB, Diners and Paypal

Order Issues

I need to cancel my order

If you change your mind once you have placed an order and have not yet received your goods you may be able to cancel your order. We need written confirmation of cancellation from you, so you’ll need to contact us quoting your order number the same day the order is placed. Orders are dispatched on the working day they are received or the next working day so there is a short timeframe in which to cancel an order. If you have already received your order, or if your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return all the items in the order.

I have received the wrong item

If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered, please email us with your order number and an image of the item received. We will advise next steps from there. Please do not proceed with posting this back to us until instructed to do so as we cannot reimburse any unauthorised return delivery costs.

I am missing an item

We are sorry if something is missing. Please contact our customer service team and ensure that you provide us with the order number and details of what is missing and we will get things resolved for you as soon as possible.

I have received a faulty item

We are sorry if you have received a faulty item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number along with details of the problem. If you can provide us with images of the problem that will speed things up.

Returns& Refunds

Howdo I return an item?

Please contact us to request a return ID via our contact page or via email to orders@tonyquinn.com Please wrap items securely and label clearly with your order number on the outside of the packaging. Our full returns policy and procedure can be found here.

How do we refund you?

We will refund you to your original method of payment

How long does a return take?

Once we receive your returned item(s) in our warehouse, we will process it within 1 – 3 working days. It can then take 3 – 5 working days for the refund to be processed on your method of payment depending on your payment provider.

How can I refer a friend?

Use our referral program located at the bottom right of website pages. Join the program and start inviting your friends. Your friends will get 10 euro discount when they join using your invitation. And you will also get discount on your next purchase
