Why Choose?

Our two-phase Day and Night time system is a different approach to losing weight because you are not reducing calories or starving yourself.
This program is based on retaining and improving the protein reserves of your body. Firm muscle tissue, made of protein, is what burns your calories. Most weight-loss diets can cause you to lose this valuable tissue as well as fat. When you help your body retain the solid tissue, it can burn the fat better! Our night- time / day-time system has been the biggest seller in Ireland for over 30 years.

Energise Your Weight Loss Program

Have you ever noticed that you weigh less in the morning than you did at night? This is because an important part of your body’s fat-burning process takes place at night-time. Did you know that your body burns energy even while you are watching TV or sitting at your desk? This is what is known as your resting metabolism, or metabolic rate. Unfortunately, a person who has a certain level of fat built up over time can get into a state where these two natural processes are not working too well.

Introducing Educohealth Two- Phase Weight Loss System

Amino Energise (day time)

The more firm tissue you have, the higher your metabolism. Our day-time product Amino Energise is designed to directly benefit your metabolism. It contains the very building blocks of protein, which in turn forms the firm tissue in your body. As the majority of fat in the body is burned by firm tissue, protecting firm tissue with Amino Energise can make a huge contribution to avoiding any fat rebound often associated with weight-loss programs.

Amino Or (night time)

For the fat-burning process to work properly it is essential first of all that you do not eat before bed. The ideal fasting time is three hours. After that, you may benefit from the use of a suitable food supplement that can enhance the process. The great advantage of harnessing this natural process is that your body will tend to selectively burn fat, not firm tissue.
